Introduction to structural simulation on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform using the Structural Scenario Creation or Mechanical Scenario Creation App

 

Course objective

This course is addressed to engineers, that are familiar with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The course language is German, optionally English.

This course provides an introduction to structural simulation on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform using the Structural Scenario Creation or Mechanical Scenario Creation app. It includes the basics of Finite Element Modeling with the Structural Model Creation app and post-processing with the Physics Results Explorer app, offering an end-to-end view of the simulation process. You can use geometry imported or created on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform or designed with SOLIDWORKS.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Create complete Finite Element models for structural and thermal simulations
  • Perform structural (linear and nonlinear; static and dynamics) and thermal simulations
  • View and evaluate simulation results

The course is divided into lectures, demonstrations and workshops.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel seminars or to limit class size based upon demand. In such cases refunds of prepaid seminar fees will be made in full. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to fulfill all scheduled training.
To help prevent class cancellation, please be sure to register at least two weeks in advance.
If a subscriber cancels a seminar reservation more than five working days before the seminar, 80% of the fee will be refunded. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than five working days before a seminar or in case of non-appearance.
